Try the loop

  1. Create a story (typed, with an attachment, or via CSV).
  2. See it on the Story Board; change its stage or assignee.
  3. Watch the create/update land in Event Activity — that is the Frappe webhook → NATS → consumer path.
  4. Check Workload / Capacity for each developer's load.
